Lots of coaches work to a set formula but everyone is different, and so the same formula does not work for everyone. Similarly, we all react to different stimuli in different ways, that’s just human nature. Some of us like to be calmly coaxed into taking certain decisions or being guided in a particular direction, whereas others simply need a kick in the pants to get them started on the right track. Whether you prefer carrot or stick does not really matter. We are good judges of what most people need and we will give you the appropriate stimulus to shake you out of lethargic inaction and push you down the road you know you should be travelling. Not only that, we will walk each step along the road with you to make sure that you don’t trip up along the way. What is most important is that you challenge yourself and never accept the status quo as being okay. Calculated risks make us feel alive and it is important that we establish our own destinies and stretch ourselves as we pursue our goals. All of our coaching services are individualized. We start by getting to know you and your motivations. Then, if it is appropriate, we will get to know your business and your team. It is only from this point of mutual trust and knowledge, that we can customize a coaching program for you that will help you to make the breakthroughs that you need or desire. We generally recommend that you give the coaching process enough time to deliver what you need. In general, anything of less than 3 months duration will not give you enough time to properly articulate your needs and to embed the desired changes. Old habits are difficult to release and new ones take at least 30 days to embed into your daily rituals. You should only embed a single new habit at a time. Once the first habit is part of your life, then you can move on to embed subsequent ones.
